Key Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones: Handle incoming calls with professionalism and a friendly demeanour.
- Completing Registers: Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily attendance registers.
- Passing on Messages: Efficiently relay messages to staff, students, and parents.
- Public Interaction: Engage with members of the public, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Communication: Interact with children, parents, and staff, maintaining a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Previous experience in a school or similar administrative role is desirable.
- A calm and welcoming demeanour, even under pressure.
